I’ve been a self-employed entrepreneur for almost 20 years now (it sucks getting old). But, my point is that I’m very budget conscious when it comes to things like monthly rent, meeting fees & other small business overhead. As soon as someone says “Executive Suites” to me, I immediately start thinking “too much money per month for one small office”.
