Housing starts in January took a larger than expected jump and is good news to the national housing market.
Are we out of the woods yet? No, proably not entirely, but Gwinnett County Ga has seen a large increase in pending sales as well as level inventory leads me to think that the market is starting to turn.
Where is the bottom? Not sure, but all the experts say repeatedly that the bottom happens without anyone really knowing it. If we are at the bottom, then now is the time to buy.
